显然,变频控制系统的节能效果是十分突出的,请见下图的比较曲线。
当风机效率一定,调节风量微小的变化时,转速可成比例下降,则风机的轴功率成立方关系下降。在满足工艺要求的前提下,若风机转速有富余10%,将可节省电耗27.1%,若风机的转速富余20%,将可节省电耗48.8%。由此可见,风机、水泵类负载,其节电效果将是非常明显。
